Toronto-native Wesley Marsh – more commonly known as Kill Them With Colour – is for lack of a better expression "on fire" right now. In the past few months alone, he has released a blissful remix of Lostboycrow's "Love Won't Sleep", as well as a really good chill trap collaboration with Oceans on the first mixtape for the up-and-coming Future Movement producers collective. His latest remix is another chill trap remix, this time for LA-based up-and-coming R&B singer Harry Hudson, and his latest track "Stop". Marsh's low key trap sound, along with Hudson's soulful vocals, make this remix just as well suited for the closing hours of a dark club night as the remedy for a hangover the morning after.
Marsh combines blazing synth chords, a club-friendly bass sound and creative vocal manipulation to create a drowsy R&B/Trap thumper. Hudson's beautiful vocal's are of course good enough to make any track sound great, but combined with KTWC's pristine, detailed production, this will surely be the soundtrack of any chill trap fans weekend. Premiered via Vice earlier today, you can stream the track below.
