Miami's Paperwater has done some work since we were first introduced to him last year, since his remix of MNEK's "Every Little Word." Building their career so far on remixes, mixes and local live performances, the duo made up of friends Daygee and Eddy have been building their reputation through Paperwater and their Wet Paper Music Collective.
Today the guys have returned with another remix as a part of their modus operandi, as a free download. A new look on New York-based Stella's latest track "New Toy," Paperwater has taken the track from moody pop to electronica with a new moody underline. There's an ominous feeling to the work, with the original's melancholy bleeding through a new lens. Check it out below.
