Navie D is one of Canada's best kept secrets; the Toronto / Winnipeg-based artist has produced for big-name rappers like Homeboy Sandman, Big KRIT, and most notably Joey Bada$$ and his Pro Era crew. Navie also makes solo instrumental beatscapes, skyscraper-sized tracks that tremble with sheer power. Last month's "Minkus" was an absolute monster, and now Navie is back with "India's Hoe," a futuristic, sinister number that sounds like Clams Casino in deep space.
