DREAMERS get 'em high with "Drugs"

Brooklyn indie-rock aficionados DREAMERS have officially dropped their new single "Drugs." With the success of their singles "Wolves (You Got Me)" and "Waste My Night," the boys from BK are primed for a huge 2016. "Drugs" speaks to the young people who enjoy the finer things in life. However, "Drugs" isn't about something that you smoke or snort.

Nick Wold of DREAMERS described to The Fader what the song "Drugs" means to him. "Our faces lost in phone screens, using apps, obsessing over social media, yearning for likes, followers, favorites, retweets, swipes, alerts, and consumed by the constant feeds of up to the second information. Often we get hooked and lose track of life in the moment, and of the natural world. It is the addiction of our generation." It is true that life is full of distractions, so let's take more time to live in the present moment and enjoy "Drugs". Their single will be included on the bands forthcoming EP You Are Here available February 5th via Fairfax Recordings.
