You can usually judge someone by the people they surround themselves with, right? With that outlook UK duo ZIBRA have earned respect, performing with acts like Years And Years and Saint Raymond. With Russ Harley on synths and Ben Everest on the bass, ZIBRA have headlined Glastonbury, all while working on their next set of original music.
With "Paris" and "Chlorine" under their belt, the guys have joined Epic Records for their next release entitled "Wasted Days." They've also invited Special Request (also known as one of house music's greats, Paul Woolford), to remix the track. Somewhere in between electronica and techno, "Wasted Days" has an infectious piano chord with house music influence whose energy is enough to lock us into the track. With a deep track backing up the single, punchy vocal sample repeats and a hip house breakdown, "Wasted Days" combines elements from every sort of genre to enlist in its success.
