Bromance Records has always had a fondness for hip hop, with their artists working with the likes of Bricc Baby Shitro, Kanye West, and Theophilus London. With that in mind, it looks like labelhead Brodinski has found an Hip Hop artist that's ready to bear the BMC logo and be a part of the French family.
Jeff Chery has been working a lot with Sam Tiba apparently for his upcoming EP Cherubic 6lues, and if their recently released track is of any indication, this is going to be one of their strongest releases yet. Balancing Tiba's emotion-laden production, Chery optimizes auto-tune to craft together something that feels simultaneously familiar and unique. It's trap, but it isn't exactly, and it's the perfect infusion of France's electronic scene with the US's darp and grittier hip hop sound that bring everything so perfectly together. It's what the BMC guys have been doing great so far, so it's no doubt that this EP will absolutely slay.
