You might not have heard of a producer by the name of 19EIGHTY7 just yet, but you should hear more about him in the coming weeks.
Working behind the scenes producing with artists like Giorgio Moroder, Kylie Minogue and R. Kelly productions, 19EIGHTY7 has had production experience that runs the gamut from pop to house to R&B. Today, we have a first listen to the London producer's debut single, entitled "Let's Get It On." Originally teased at this years Amsterdam Dance Event (ADE), the track attracted industry leaders, confirming that though it's currently a White Label release, this is just the beginning of what we will hear from him. Combining funk and disco all with the strong backdrop of soul, "Let's Get It On" is fresh and energetic, and streaming below.
