Alex Adair’s talent burst onto the dance music scene with his first release, an original that captured almost all of our senses with its depth and infectiousness entitled “Make Me Feel Better.” The track went on to see viral success and a multitude of remixes by house music contemporaries, launching Adair’s career and putting him on our radar. Since then, we’ve seen him remix over and over, with his latest of Leon Bridges’s “Better Man” keeping his style of uniquely upbeat and UK house as a sure place to look for an enjoyable listen. Earlier this year, Alex Adair returned with his second ever original, this time taking on a bit of a more seasonally appropriate tone to his summertime release with the use of steel drums applied to a the catchy and groovy track. Again, the internet caught wind of "Heaven" and saw it blow up.
Now, Adair is gearing up to release the remix EP to the track, featuring appearances from Kideko and MÖWE, as well as one that we have a first listen to from Elderbrook. The UK artist known for his own presence at Black Butter Records has brought his environmental deep house sound to "Heaven," and it works just perfectly. Elderbrook's moody and multidimensional take on the track very much rounds out the EP, so until its release later this week stream it below.
