This past year newly signed Republic artist Post Malone took the blogosphere by storm with his breakout single, "White Iverson." That said, it comes as no surprise that the Dallas singer/rapper's frequent collaborators such as FKi, Rex Kudo, and Charlie Handsome also experienced a rise in popularity in their respective fan bases and online awareness. Last week, one of Malone's lesser known associates, Ca$hio, and his production partner Maybe? released the first single, "Omw!," off their yet-to-be-announced debut EP. Featuring co-production from Post Malone producer Rex Kudo and raps from a Travi$ Scott sounding Sweet Sound, "Omw!" is a menacing banger that will have any trap lord salivating for more by its end. Ca$hio | Maybe?'s oscillating, deep synths and pounding 808's are unmatched from a production standpoint and ultimately are what make the track so great. The tracks soundscape is further accentuated by ghostly vocals samples that create the single's ominous tone.
