Sometimes you just need those huge, anthemic choruses to sing along to during those summer nights when the sun is setting. You know, the ones that make your hairs stand up on end when you're bellowing the lyrics in time, and it seems that we've got JUST that track today, accompanied by some slick visuals too.
Azad Right, or Azad as he goes by more recently, has been making big waves on the rap scene recently, with a string of strong releases under his belt, including "Hello" and my own personal favourite "When You Know". So with a loyal legions of fans eagerly anticipating his next release, the Iranian-American rapper has just dropped his latest visuals for his joint "If I Die", which features one of the catchiest hooks i've heard in 2015 so far. Backed by an atmospheric yet bumpin' instrumental, Azad spits from the heart, in an ode to the life he's lived in LA up until this point, including regrets with past women and family members, and they also see him exploring what success and failure mean to him. With an incredibly catchy hook sung by Harry Hudson, which is sure to be sang til the roof blows off at one of his shows in Los Angeles, "If I Die" seems like it is destine to be a summer anthem. The visuals that accompany the track are equally as compelling, with nice scenic shots of Azad in different LA locations, coupling with the vibe of the song really nicely.
