Above & Beyond are some of the best at remixing their own music. They've done it before with many of their past singles, including hits like "Blue Sky Action," and those going as far back as "Alchemy," "Stealing Time," and "On A Good Day." This time they've done another club mix, this time of "Counting Down The Days," a single from their last release, We Are All We Need. The original features something we've come to expect from Above & Beyond – emotive, soothing vocals – but from a newcomer to their camp Gemma Hayes. While the original track was a soaring vision into melody progression through a trance voice, the guys have transformed it into something ready for club and festival play. With a coordinating video inspired by 500 Days of Summer, the remix is out this week via their own Anjunabeats.
