Bay Area blapmaster, Gamera, just dropped Gemstones, a chillaxadocious, stream-of-consciousness record that elevates your mind state – aurally. The talented producer and rapper, who also spearheads the Spiritwave Movement, showcases his versatility on the project with transcendent bars and trunk-rattling instrumentals. There are also some superb features from Kai OD, Nillamane, Le Real, Woozy Medz and many more.
What makes Gemstones so great is its experiential quality – the journey you embark upon once that first kick and snare reach your eardrums. It truly feels like you are floating to some uncharted, intergalactic space and it's so amazeballs, you don't even care if you have a ride back or not.
