Twentysomethings all remember pounding on lockers and desks in high school, hollering out "Watchu know bout' me," as your screamed Lil Mama's "Lip Gloss." Well, we've grown old and tired of desk pound hootenannies and so the new generation went and made their own chat with the viral trend #Sausage. (language def NSFW)

Always on point, Lil Mama comes out of left field with her own mega earworm, aptly titled "Sausage," sampling the viral vine sensation. This song is ripe with samples, renditions and rhymes from familiar hits old, like a throwback to her hit "Lip Gloss" or borrowing the line "cash rules everything around me," from Wu-Tang Clan's "C.R.E.A.M." It also dips into modern tunes, dropping a sample from Big Sean's banger, "I Don't Fuck With You," or a venomous freestyle off Chedda Da Connect's "Flicka da Wrist." The song is carried by a frenetic break-beat loop that is simple and puts the focus on her ferocious bars with razor sharp hooks. This will be stuck in your head well into the end of the year. Clubs will be playing this everywhere. This summer everyone will be shouting out, "Eggs, bacon, grits," and it all because of the queen that always slays, Lil' Mama. Who knows, maybe this will bond generations and maybe make us older folk finally feel alright actually thinking a Jonas brother is hot.
