New Jersey based DIY-rock band have been laying the stepping stones for the past 4 years for this day, when they release their first full-length LP Dirt, Rust, Chaos, out May 5th or "Cinco de Rhino". This group has been ambitious and steadfast, building everything from the ground up, from booking shows, recording, distributing their music, and touring. DRC is culmination of all of their hard work and efforts and is evident in the gripping rock sounds oozing out of the speakers, each song diverse and carrying it's own weight.
The album starts out with a bang, shooting like a bat out of hell with the heavy rock track "Ghosts." From the get go you know this LP means serious business, each song is different and explores every depth of their musical ability. "Infinity" is a driving song with similarities to Soundgarden, their single "If I Could" is a chaotic journey of musical stylings that would make The Mars Volta proud, and"Hey You" is a noisy melodic soundscape with strong guitar riffs that will have your head thrashing to the beat . The LP is a smash success for their first full-length and a promising look into their bright future. You can stream the album a day before it's release below. "This album is the statement of our band journeying to find an identity and a sound that truly describes what we're all about as a musical unit. The songs are diverse sonically but definitely carry a common thread that gives the music weight as a complete album when you play the record from beginning to end. At the end of the day we're just a couple of friends who love each other and love playing rock and roll together, we believe that comes through in the songs." – Deaf Rhino
