Illecism pays tribute to MF Doom with latest project “Black Russian”

Illecism is a rapper/MC based out Sacramento, California who has been putting out a number of memorable mixtapes and projects with the rest of his FlyHighOrDie crew since 2008. Although the California spitter has been relatively MIA these last couple of years following the release of his Xuicane Bolt project back in 2013, Illie has finally decided to resurface in prime form with a whole new project entitled Black Russian, which features instrumentals from the hip-hop legend MF Doom and his classic Metal Finger's Special Herbs albums.

This isn't the first time that Illecism has rapped over Doom beats, but Illie has definitely progressed a whole lot since his last attempt, laying down quick-witted lines like "The imperfection and she ready off my rhetoric/ staring into her eye but my mind she never been" with the confidence of a hip-hop veteran.
