When you think of Alabaster, Alabama…well, you've probably never heard of the place. That said, talent and productivity can never be pigeon-holed by location. DMFR hails from the small city of Alabaster and has been pumping out tunes and getting recognized by labels, radio stations, and music blogs alike. He already has an official tune out on AC Slater's imprint Party Like Us earlier this year. His music has also been featured on Rinse FM multiple times. Atlanta's The Block Society (management firm and label) has also been a driving force behind DMFR's success.

"Electric" is a completely original house track featuring vocals from Rikki Brazie. As with most party starter type tunes, the attention to detail and rhythmic syncopation are the main keys to producing something cohesive. "Electric" holds the feeling of positivity and encourages the listener (or dancer) to embrace the moment and "just keep burnin". The bass line maintains a super catchy melody and the overall tone of the tune is just dark enough to give it an "underground" feel. Make sure to grab the free download and keep this track heavy in your rotation.
