London's resident renegade club music star Tom Staar has been pumping out acclaim-worthy release after release over the past year. While his recent work has come in an array of forms – remixes of tracks from Axwell /\ Ingrosso, Above & Beyond, collaborations with friend and contemporary Kryder on free releases via Sosumi Records – today he's come back with an original mix of his own that seems to venture into some new territory for the usually electro house based artist. Out today on Axtone Records, "Bora" is a journey through uplifting chord progression that brings out a childlike feeling of wonder as it moves along. It feels like a summer morning, awaking our ears through subtlety. Check it out below.
