Increasingly prolific producer Sebastian Carter strikes more gold with his remix of MNEK's "The Rhythm", which we have today over here on EARMILK. Where MNEK's song builds slowly to a bone-rattling beat drop, Carter spreads the love, or rather the bone rattling, throughout his track. He introduces his song with deep house rhythms and beats, transitioning to a lighter, more synthesizer- and piano-lead verse before bringing back house vibes as MNEK belts "If I let the rhythm." Carter keeps those vibes coming in verse two put pulls out a bit of a wild card towards the end of the song, transitioning to a low-key, melodic tropical house sound. In a grand finale, the Swiss producer combines previously heard sounds in a crescendo of electronic noise. Like most tracks by Carter, this remix of "The Rhythm" packs a punch.
