This week, San Jose's B. Lewis has joined the quickly growing list of artists collaborating with Brasstracks, including SevnthWonder, Alexander Lewis and Mark Johns on a track called "Panorama." The Brooklyn-based Brasstracks has been igniting electronic music fans' interest in looking back at the soul that comes from live instruments, specifically horns, being brought back into their so often synthetic musical repertoire. Combined with Lewis's future trap take on dance music, "Panorama" really does what its title insinuates, opening up the lens on dance music to wide frame on the deeper affect of its reach.
