LA producer Justin Jay is wrapping up his final year at University of Southern California and is celebrating by creating his newest EP Momentum with the label Pets Recordings. The three track project kicks off with "How I Knew" a single the puts the listener into a realm of rhythmic ambiance. The deep house vibes, paired with vocal samplings from Gladys Knight, get you buzzing for the next track.

Second up, we've got the title track "Momentum" where Jay is joined by a fellow Dirtybird labelmate, Kill Frenzy. The two, pair up to create a dark and fluid track that goes on for nearly eight and a half minutes. The lengthy techno inspired sounds are far from boring though, yielding an engaging movement from one beat to the next.
