Empire Of The Sun has released a new song called "Wandering Star," which is featured on the Dumb & Dumber To movie soundtrack. The group also composed the film score for Jim Carey and Jeff Daniels' big budget flick. Its good to hear from the Australian ensemble for the first time in a long while. "Wandering Star" was created in July, which suggests that the group may be working on a new album as well.
"Wandering Star" sounds similar to the music from the band's first album Walking On A Dream. The tune is filled with catchy synth lines and fetching melodies, which are both staples of the band's sound.
