Knight One reworks Lights' "Up We Go" into a smooth, mellow jam

Here's a perfect midweek tune for you. Netherlands producer Knight One remixed the latest single by Canadian singer Lights and the result has been in constant rotation since discovering it last week. He strips away her signature, bold electronic pop elements and shapes it into a smooth, funky tune suitable for sunny days and long drives. Actually, it's not like there's a limit to where and when you'll want to listen to this. It's undoubtedly infectious, and by the time it's over you're wondering where the time went. Here's to hoping Knight One takes on some more vocalists and adds his own soundscapes to their tracks, complete with these gorgeous piano melodies. For now, take a listen and enjoy the free download over on his Soundcloud.
