Ro Ransom says "Fuck The Rap Game" in new banger

When an artist is on a roll, building momentum with every release, like the gigantic snowballs from cartoons we watched as kids, they can't be slowed down. With that said, Ro Ransom is on a roll and there is no end in sight for when he might slow down. Hot of the release of his two most recent tracks "Heroin Syringes" and "You Know You're Right" from his 'Hidden Freestyles' series, the Harlem-based artist continues to establish the hype surrounding his upcoming project Ro Ransom is the Future with the release of the second single off the tape appropriately titled "Fuck The Rap Game".

The basis and subject matter of "Fuck The Rap Game" is exactly what one might infer from the title of the track. Ransom completely deconstructs the wackness of the current state of the rap game and how his futuristic sound is the antidote for this supposed wackness. Throughout the track the 21-year-old artist points out a lot of flaws in the rap game, like when he raps, "All you n***as flow like this/ All these mixtapes I don't like sh*t/ Molly this, gold that/ Sh*t is so wack, n***a don't rap," alluding to how everybody has jacked the now-infamous Quavo flow and the molly rap trend. I as a writer, wholeheartedly agree with what he's saying because each of his points are accurate in the fact that they illustrate how unoriginal and convoluted mainstream rap has become. Without substance, it's hard to even refer to a track as music; so like the self-proclaimed young coyote states, why make it at all?

Keep your eye on Ro Ransom because he's bringing a fresh and original dynamic to the hip-hop genre. Stream "Fuck The Rap Game" below and be sure to keep it locked to EARMILK for everything Ro Ransom.
