London duo Gorgon City have dropped the third track off their forthcoming debut album Sirens. "Imagination" features newbie Katy Menditta, also from London. It's a smooth, melodic house track that I'm sure will be creeping onto our radios in no time.
Gorgon City have already had a successful year to date, with two top 10 singles in the UK, an impressive festival season, including Glastonbury and Radio 1's Big Weekend, and they've already been announced for Reading and Leeds in 2015. Both successful DJs in the underground UK bass scene, Kye 'Foamo' Gibbon and Matt 'RackNRuin' Robson-Scott have been storming the commercial circuit for the last few years, reinforced by one of the UK's leading indies Black Butter Records.
Sirens is out on the 7th October in the US (6th in UK); two of the tracks feature the brilliant Maverick Sabre, who's sophomore album we're also waiting on. In the mean time, have a listen to "Imagination" below:
