Sebastian Carter makes you melt in a remix of Birdy’s “Skinny Love” cover

I remember standing at the main stage on the polo grounds two years ago, listening to Bon Iver's kaleidoscope of sound ring out above the late afternoon air. It was dusty yet beautiful, and the song "Skinny Love" took a sweet spot in my heart, and still resides there.

It's been a few years since then, and as more and more renditions of "Skinny Love" have come forth, it's been one of my goals to write up one of them. As most of you know, Birdy did a wonderful cover of Iver's original that lived up to the beauty within the song's composition. Now, with much pleasure, I am able to share with you a remix of the cover from the one and only Sebastian Carter.

I've covered Sebastian singles for a while now, and the Swiss producer seems to have a real connection with his music. He knows what he wants, and does it. Not many people have utilized the tracks he has in their edits, and I respect his ability to turn impossible edits into lasting arrangements.
