Available now via Exploited Records, Munk's brand new release, Happiness Juice, is a slice of 80's influenced disco funk that features official remixes by Satin Jackets and Miguel Campbell. Munk is the indie dance brainchild of Mathias Modica, a Berlin-based producer/DJ who also runs GOMMA Records, along with the sub-label TOY TONICS. Munk's latest tracks feature two new singers, Lizzy Paige and Mona Lazette, the second of whom lends her vocals on "Happiness Juice".
With "Happiness Juice", Munk delivers the perfect late summer hit with hints of retro-pop and soul. Miguel Campbell offers a funky, French take on the track, while the Satin Jackets remix treatment has a fresh and cool vibe sure to be heard at parties as the season winds down.
