PARTYNEXTDOOR & Drake make us "Recognize" with their hot new joint

Canadian crooner and OVO Sounds most promising artist PARTYNEXTDOOR released one of 2013's most refreshing projects, with his self titled album that dropped last July. His unique blend of trapped up R&B captivated his fans, and his jams were the perfect playlist for many nights out across the globe.

Well over a year has passed since that project was released, and with a string of impressive singles under his belt within that time, today the Mississauga native announced details of the sequel, PARTYNEXTDOOR 2. The highly anticipated follow up to his debut is set to be released on July 29th, and we've also been given details on the tracklist, which you can see below. Alongside this announcement, PARTY also dropped a new heater on us featuring his OVO mentor and fellow Canadian Drake, entitled "Recognize". The joint comes with a typically snappy self-produced beat, featuring drums that really slap and make the track a real lean anthem, whilst outlandish synth lines collide over the top. PARTYNEXTDOOR steps through in his own true style, with his mix of singing-rap grabbing you, and his brash lyricism on point throughout. Drake starts off singing, before snapping into the beat and delivering a really tough verse, which features some typically sexed up lyrics about women and how he plays them. If "Recognize" is anything to go by, then PARTYNEXTDOOR 2 might just be one of the best projects to drop in 2014.

You can stream "Recognize" below, and be sure to keep yourselves locked onto the internet on July 29th when PARTYNEXTDOOR 2 (tracklist below) is scheduled to drop.
