Phoria, the Brighton-based fivesome, have truly confirmed their worth with their most recent offering: an EP titled Display. Spanning just four tracks in length, Display was officially released June 16 via X Novo, and continues to ignite Phoria's emotional, ambient spark.

Proving downtempo yet wildly exquisite, the first single entitled "Emanate" raked in over 250,000 plays in just under two months with ease. The tune not only set the tone for the rest of the EP, but also raised the stakes with its electronica-laced momentum.

Cue "Undone". Swooping in to further emphasize Phoria's cascading approach, the Display EP takes an introspective turn. Granting listeners the chance to further enjoy dark pop in unconventional terms, "Undone" feeds off of melodic vocal disjunction, most definitely hitting the spot.

"Atomic" is complex and nearly flawless, stressing the strange niche that Phoria has discovered while fusing electronic with acoustic elements. It's a sound they have quite obviously gravitated to and honed in on, as we can remember back to the sound of their debut Bloodworks EP.  The below music video provides haunting animated visuals for "Atomic", which was both produced and directed by Jim Howells.

Catch the band take on the UK on their upcoming tour, which lasts until August 2. Peep the specific tour dates and locations below. While you're at it, pick up a 10" vinyl of the EP. Or two.
