Chicago's rap game is charging with talent. With so many talented rappers coming out of the city, it comes at no surprise that some of them get overlooked. The rappers that make up The Village collective would fall under this group of slept on rappers. Rappers Monster Mike, Kembe X, and Alex Wiley of The Village are some of the most talented acts coming out of the city. Recently, Alex Wiley has been making a lot of noise with the release of his singles "Vibrations" and most recently "Ova".

Alex Wiley is a multifaceted if there ever was one; whether it’s singing over a track like "The Woods" or rapping his ass off on a track like "Vibrations", Wiley has it all in his arsenal. On "Ova" his talents are perfectly showcased as he demonstrates his ability to craft and sing catchy choruses as well as spit hard memorable bars over the down-tempo beat produced by Odd Couple. A notable quality of Wiley's that sets him apart is his charisma that's palpable on all his tracks. When you listen to Wiley you know you’re in for a song that’s going to catch your attention and hold it till the end.
