I'm having a love affair with France today, and it's all because of a remix from a producer named J.A.C.K. Residing in Nantes on the western coast of the country, it's clear that J.A.C.K. knows what he's doing.
You probably remember Stromae, the Belgian singer-songwriter who made waves in his hit "Alors on Danse," one whose success could also possibly be called a precursor to the dance music movement making it big in the United States. Well today J.A.C.K. has made an unbelievable remix of one of Stromae's more recent hits in Europe, "Ta Fête." Translating to "Your Party," this remix is perfect for just that through the dynamic journey it takes us on beginning with electronic pop, and ending with a purely French take on electronic lounge music, accented by seemingly Daft Punk inspired instrumentals.
