Raheem Bakaré paints a "Portrait Of Love", with breathtaking debut single

When it comes to outstanding debuts, especially in the modern R&B realm, the likes of Frank Ocean's Nostalgia, Ultra and The Weeknd's House Of Balloons are probably two records that you would rank very highly on any list. It's the first time you get to hear an artist's voice, and feel the kind of vibes that they emit, so essentially it's the most important release an artist will make.

Ladies and gentlemen, let me introduce you to the latest R&B tinged prodigy to emerge from  thriving UK scene, Raheem Bakaré. The young singer/songwriter, hailing from London, has only just set out on his musical journey, and with his first single "Portrait Of Love", shows that he's got every intricate detail needed to set himself apart from the crowd. From his soulfully delicate vocals, to the flirtatious yet robust lyricism, Raheem's debut single has it all. With an alt-R&B esque beat, with hard kicks, and crunchy snares, Raheem croons his way across the instrumental and throws in a catchy chorus for good measure, definitely one that'll have you singing at the top of your voice in the shower! With it all being said and done, "Portrait Of Love" is an outstanding debut single, and one that shouldn't be slept on. If the rest of his AWOL EP is like this, then we could just be seeing the rise of a new star, and you heard him here first!
