Fat Trel and Harry Fraud hype the release of 'Gleesh' with "How U Feel"

Fat Trel continues to hype the release of his new mixtape with a chilled new track. “How U Feel” will be a part of Gleesh, boasts production from the consistently impressive Harry Fraud, and signals a switch-up from the MMG signee as he changes lanes into a brash effort this time after experimenting with emotional rap in his freestyle over Drake’s “Too Much”. The Washington native also teamed up with his DC neighbour and label mate Wale recently, embracing a staccato flow for the well-received “In My Bag” joint. Trel’s going the right way about promoting his new tape with this run of hot releases and “How U Feel” is no exception. Fraud’s spacey beat is laden with synths, guitar strings and layers of effects while Trel’s wordplay floats over heavy bass. An emphasis is given to the hardest and darkest bars with a drop in the atmosphere as the claps are stripped back momentarily.

“I’m from the city where there’s no pity, n****s walking with hand choppers and hundreds and fifties. These n****s bitches call their momma tell her come get ‘em. It’s either that or shoot them, shoot whoever with ‘em”

Aside from promising to feature “How U Feel”, Gleesh, which drops on April 1st, also enjoys some pretty creative cover art so be sure to check that out after the stream.
