The team over at Fool's Gold has always been on the forefront of cutting edge music, breaking unknown artists time and time again. This time around, the FG team has turned their attention to High Klassified, a French-Canadian who has been making waves across North America over the past year. With well received tracks, performances and an eccentric style all to his own it's no surprise the forward thinking label snapped up the striking "Palindroma EP."
The EP is four original tracks, consisting of a diverse mix of tunes. HK prides himself on his versatility; from post-trap drum programming, to luxurious, dreamlike synth lines. Our personal favourite is "Scopola," an atmospheric, instrumental hip-hop-esque beat complimented with a number of creative sample-sounds, from chimes to 808 snares.
