As hype builds around a potential collaboration with Kanye West, the ever controversial Chief Keef is putting his Bang 3 project on the back burner. The Chicago rappers are rumoured to be working together but Keef is focusing on his Back from the Dead 2 tape right now with the release of new track “All I Care About”.
Staying within his small circle, Keef has recruited Young Chop for the beat once again and it’s hard to argue that the young star’s music gets any better than when Chop produces it. You won’t be surprised to hear that lyrically this track is minimalistic, but many will feel that the auto-tuned, free flowing stream of consciousness furthers Keef’s reputation as one of a short list of artists who have the IT factor.

There’s definitely something about the plethora of gongs, claps and the ominous, steady drum beat that makes you pay attention to the list of things he cares about. As he looks ahead at the anticipated hook up with Kanye, Chief Keef shows no sign of stepping off his own polarising path.
