Dreamville Records emcee Bas made it his own for Quarter Water Raised Me Vol. II. The last I'd heard from him was "Lit," the slick Miguel-sampling single off the project featuring J. Cole and KQuick. He's effortlessly at ease on "Love Souvenir," which is in part thanks to Harris.
Some background on Bas – according to RefinedHype, he's a Sudanese artist who was born in Paris and lived in Qatar before moving to Queens, New York. In the video below, watch Bas as he returns to the familiar city of Paris while on a 6-7 month world tour with Cole.
