On Tuesday, January 28th WoodzSTHLM (pronounced Woods Stockholm) will drop his debut EP Re-Thought/Re-Visited via the West Coast label Prep School Recordings. He is described as indie electronic producer somewhere straddling the line between the sounds of Flume and Kilter. The EP will be our first introduction to the Swedish producer and we expect big things from him.
Today we have an exclusive listen to an unreleased track from WoodzSTHLM. The track will not be featured on the five track EP, but it lets us into his musical world, so we have an idea of what to expect. “Fathers & Sons” is a addictive melodic tune that finds the perfect balance between an underground track with crossover appeal. Beautiful chord progressions form the backbone of the track and give the vocals and reverb the perfect backdrop. “Fathers & Sons” will pacify your ear drums, but will also want to make you dance a little bit.
