Ever heard of New York-based Marcè Reazon? Now you have. Reazon is an artist, producer, and engineer who is known for closely working with the likes of Kanye West, John Legend, and Kid Cudi. His artistic and creative spirit found in his engineering and producing carry over to his very own musical offerings, the latest of which I present to you today.
EARMILK has the pleasure of premiering Reazon's remix of CATHEDRALS' "Unbound", which manages to maintain the original orchestral feel with an updated, trap-infused beat. The emphasis is now directed towards the percussive track, intricate bass lines, and added vocal bits. It's as if the track has been transformed into a hip-hop entity that never existed otherwise.
Reazon definitely pushes the envelope with this tune, but that comes to no surprise when looking at his past remixes of Bipolar Sunshine's "Drowning Butterflies" and Sam Smith's "Safe With Me". Rumour has it we just might hear a few more remixes coming out of Reazon's studio soon. He is also currently known to be working on his project titled My Nightmares Alone.
