Little May – "Hide" (Duncan Murray Remix) [Premiere]

London based producer Duncan Murray is back again today with another beautiful remix since he dropped his own version of Daughter’s “Smother” back in November. This time tackling the applauded second single “Hide” off Little May’s debut EP. While the melody seems to stay in line with the original, Murray picks up the pace, adding airy synths and completely flipping the vocals. Instead of the female vocals as heard in the original we are swooned by seductive male vocals, not only making for a new and unique take on Little May’s version, but also managing to make this one his own, almost making us forget this is still a remix.

Duncan remarks, "Like usual my inspiration to write music comes from another amazing track that I came across whilst scouring the blogs for new music. I had not heard of Little May before but was instantly hooked on the original of this song. I purchased the track and went in to the studio to see if I could get a remix going. It was all sounding great but I decided to flip the vocal and give the track a whole new vibe. I have kept things deep and used a lot of organic sounds and drums to try and compliment the guitars and vocals. I had a lot of fun making the track and urge people to go check out the original track on Little May's Soundcloud!"

“Hide” is the perfect tune to get your week started off on the right foot, feel the goods vibes and hide away with your headphones with this captivating remix.
