Ahead of his forthcoming album, London native Morgan Visconti collaborates with friend Erin O’Connor for his newest single and EP release. “Can’t Say Goodbye” sees lyrics from O’Connor given a body with melancholy vocals and Visconti’s style of alternative electronic pop. Its calm, steady tempo partnered with spacey synths and vocals make this a poignant piece, laden with obvious emotion. An easily relatable topic, “Can’t Say Goodbye” tells of a crippling relationship and the reluctance that comes in wanting to end it. The accompanying music video takes the concept to space, as we follow a couple and their extraterrestrial struggles.

The Can’t Say Goodbye EP comes with remixes from Mickey, Luscine, Ghosting Season, Gareth Williams, Shengi, and Sloan Alexander. Belgian producer Mickey downplays the emotion a bit for the dance floor, giving the track an uplifting, bouncy energy to accompany the spacey synths and dark vibes. Quickly becoming a key player to watch in the rise of nu-disco and house, we're happy to bring you Mickey's dub mix of "Can't Say Goodbye." The full EP will be available January 27 via Visconti's Human Label, and look for his album Ride next year.
