Chvrches have been blowing up over the last year with the perfect blend of 80's inspired analogue electro pop with soft silky vocals from Lauren Mayberry. They came fifth in the BBC's sounds of 2013 poll and have since been pushing out nostalgic life affirming tracks. Now on the verge of the release of their next single "Tether", Junior Sanchez has reworked it and made it a bit more dance floor friendly. Barely touching the polished vocal of Mayberry and using some 90's inspired balearic drums, possibly as a wink to Chvrches use of sounds from previous decades. The whole track is a perfect balance between what we love about the band and what the New York producer has on offer.
