Avenue is a new and emerging electronic artist based out of Toronto. Currently signed on YYZ Records, Avenue is expecting an EP out sometime soon, the track EARMILK has today is his first single. Sam Willows is the mastermind behind Avenue, originally his musical interest started by playing the piano from a young age. It was only until recently that he began to fuse electronic synths with guitar, piano and percussion. The production sounds almost reminiscent of old Daft Punk, yet has its own signature style by blending his past musical experience with his new experimentation, something we can expect to see grow from such a versatile 19 year old.

"Colour" really highlights Avenue's typical style of work. From what sounds light and uplifting, you can expect an almost endless summer found in the music. From start to finish, we see a flow with a dramatic beginning and gentle fade away. The whole EP has a continuous melody that bounces between an aggressive side of the artist and a smooth, harmonic tone. You can grab a free download of the track below.
