It isn't an easy task to do justice to Jeremih's classic "Birthday Sex," but NYC producer Vonzie has given us a beautiful remix that is just as sexy as it is dirty. The core elements of "Birthday Sex" remain intact, but it's Vonzie's driving melodies and filthy percussion that carry this track throughout and will make it a go-to twerk favorite. Leading with the luscious lyrics of the original, this track will conduct the dance floor into a grooving and grinding sing along. Segued by a brilliant transition and massive build, Vonzie's edit turns into a club-thumping monster with an in-your-face bass rounded out with grimy synths that absolutely demand you move your body to.
Vonzie's take on "Birthday Sex" is an impressive head-turner that will no doubt find itself in upcoming set lists in the trap scene.
