We aren't the type of people who overlook smaller artists. In fact, you can arguably say that they're the ones who are moving music forward and developing it into something very different. Take Gladkill for instance. This Oakland/Bay Area-based producer is attempting to redesign the sounds of electronic music by turning things down a notch. He comes to us at EARMILK with a first look at his second mix called Sessions Vol.2. Take this wonderful opportunity to get to know Gladkill in his forward thinking sounds. There is no solid genre to classify him, and that's just how we like it. He can sway from house to trap to even chillwave.

This mix clocks in at 32 minutes, and within these minutes, you'll flow through many unreleased bits and songs by Gladkill. He also sneakily weaves in a teaser of his upcoming release on November 5 called "What Goes On". The mix is lush in textures and styles that flow seamlessly from one to the next. In addition to a collection of unreleased material, he also includes tunes that he personally digs and have played in his live sets. Be the first to wade through the detailed textures and sounds below.  But first, grab some honey. It's going to get drippy.

The name is Phil. I've been with EARMILK for handful of years now. I love all sorts of music, and I tend to change up what type of music I'm into throughout the year. However, one thing is certain: I love anything chill and mellowed out. A lot of the time, you'll see me covering smooth, chilled out grooves through our infamous Daily 2% series. 80 BPM is love, 80 BPM is life.
