The Beast Coast movement keeps on rolling forward, taking huge steps every time a track is released. One of the most prominent figures in the movement, New York's Joey Bada$$, is set to release his Summer Knights EP tomorrow on iTunes, and in the build up to it dropping on us, he released a brand new song entitled "My Jeep".
Last week Joey dropped the remix of "My Yout", featuring Maverick Sabre, and this time he's called upon Meech of the Flatbush Zombies, Issa Gold of The Underachievers and fellow Pro Era member Chuck Strangers. "My Jeep", produced by Lee Bannon, has those typical boom bap flavours that we've come to expect from a Joey Bada$$ track, along with a smooth piano sample that brings a relaxed vibe to the song.
The Summer Knights EP, which features two brand new tracks alongside 5 taken from his mixtape of the same name, is out tomorrow on iTunes. You can catch Joey in a city near you alongside Ab-Soul, The Underachievers, Chevy Woods, Pro Era and more on The Smokers Club Tour.
