With Drake's Nothing Was The Same still in rotation, Doley Bernays' latest project has been a great addition to playlists. "Drown," the sixth track on Just In Case, was produced by "Pound Cake" producers Jordan Evans and Matthew Burnett, their friend DZL, and the LP's executive producer, MP Williams. With nostalgic piano melodies, "Drown" finds Bernays remembering and addressing an old love in the way that he knows best, half-singing the chorus:
"I wanna be the reason you drown your sorrows in liquor/heal with the Henny, let Patron be your nigga/I know you drunk off that love/and I promise girl you'll be okay/I know that love aint all roses/but drown your pain in that rosé."
