With so much attention right now on the seemingly overnight surge of talent in cities like New York and Chicago, artists like Kydd do a good job of making sure that theirs don't get left behind. The Austin, Texas native has released a somewhat controversial video for his cut "The Masons" from his LP The Righteous. Featuring fellow Texans, hip-hop duo A.Dd+, the track is full of though provoking lyrics related to Masonry and The Illuminati. The fitting visuals are covered with trippy imagery that take you into the minds of these talented emcee. This is a heavy package that will definitely need some replays and maybe even a little research to fully take in.

Kydd is currently working on his next project, GR33D, which should be dropping sometime in 2014. Any project featuring the likes of DOOM and Sean Price will definitely be worth checking out.
