Recently there has been a surge of young rappers emerging with enough talent to make one question their age. Amongst them is 16-year-old St. Louis native Chester Watson, who dropped his very impressive Phantom mixtape early this year. He took care of most of the production for that project, but Minneapolis producer Psymun is behind the boards for his new track "PicBascassquiato". This is his first release since dropping his Guru Vol. 2 instrumental tape in July. The gloomy production serves as the perfect backdrop for Chester's rhymes, and it sounds like those Earl Sweatshirt comparisons won't be dropping anytime soon either. Hopefully this means that we will be getting a new project soon from the wunderkind.
