On September 28th November 9th we're giving aspiring DJs & producers an opportunity to open for Australia's hottest dance music export, Stafford Brothers, on their North American tour when they stop by Lumen Lounge in Houston, Texas. Not only will you be given an opening slot (so make sure to tune your mix submission to an opening style) for their Houston show but your winning mix will be featured right here on Earmilk to help extend your reach to the masses.

The Stafford Brothers are the biggest Australian export to recently hit North America. Currently ranked the #1 DJs in their homeland (3 years running, ITM Awards), brothers Matt & Chris Stafford made their way to the West Coast, now residing in the Hollywood Hills of LA. Shortly after the move they were signed to Cash Money Records, becoming the first ever electronic act signed to the label and released their debut single “Hello” featuring Lil Wayne and Christina Milian this past February. Hello – still in its early stages of Australian release has already hit Double Platinum selling status reaching #4 on the official singles chart and #1 on iTunes (Dance) sitting inside of the top 5 most played tracks on radio this year. They came back a few months later to release the massive Future Music Festival Anthem, solidifying their status in the upper tier of dance music icons this year.

Here's what you have to do to enter:
1. Record an live DJ mix (30 minute minimum) that displays your skill and distinctive style – be as original and creative as possible, including as many originals, remixes, and bootlegs as possible.
2. Submit your mix to our micro-site.
3. Promote and share the link to the micro-site with all your friends, family and fans – make sure to have them vote!
Contest submissions are open from now until November 3rd, and the voting period will be open the entire time! Top charting artists will be focused on but ultimately the winner will be chosen based on the expert opinions of our Earmilk, Lumen Nightclub and Wavo panel of judges.. We'll announce the winner November 4th so stay tuned! The winner will also be given 4 VIP tickets to the show!
Contestants must be 18+ and reside in North America. Prize does not include travel or accommodations.
