Ben Pearce's 2012 smash hit "What I Might Do," now comes equip with three stellar remixes from Hedonism music featuring, Kolombo, Simion and Milk & Sugar. Originally released via Chase and Status' imprint MTA Records, the track saw support from eminent producers across the globe, with the likes of Seth Troxler to Pete Tong, pushing the track to deep house anthemic status. Within a few days his Original Mix of "What I Might Do" reached No.3 in Beatport's Main Charts and No.1 in genre Deep House.
Now to further sweeten the remix deal, we are given a visual version of Simion's lively hands-in-the-air take on the original. While relatively simple, the cheeky video features lips in cartoon form singing out the extra catchy lyrics, "Better play it cool. Don't know what I might do." The use of moving lips causes you to focus on the accents and soulful sounds of the underlying music, adding to the dynamic of the modest video production. In line with the groove filled build up, the video drops into an interstellar design of lines and shapes. When the second drop hits the video turns into the colorful counterpart of the first half. Simion's version unfurls a driving rhythm, packed full of energy, that's guaranteed to have you moving on the dancefloor and just like the track, the simple contrast of color will keep you mesmerized from start to finish. Let the cartoon lips entice you into a full on frenzy as you are left feeling good with one push of the play button.
