Canadian hip-hop/trap DJ and producer Grandtheft has been tearing it up recently, with incredible collaborations with Diplo/Major Lazer, Keys n Krates, and of course, his recently released collaboration with Skratch Bastid, "Miley" (and I'm sure, somewhere in America Miley Cyrus is STILL twerking). Now, he's back with his brand new track "Deep", which features production assistance from famed hip-hop production duo Christian Rich.
The track, while retaining all the elements of a classic trap banger, also contains many of the technical flares that made Grandtheft one of the most sought-after trap producers, such as distinct and memorable anthems, crazy vocal edits (love the use of OJ da Juiceman's high-pitched "hey!" throughout the song) and of course, heavy bass drops. The track is available on Beatport today, so make sure the bass is turned up on your speakers and go check it out.
